      Our traditional wooden boat, "Axion Esti"

      “Axion Esti” is a traditional wooden vessel of the Trehantiri type, built in Ierisos at Chalkidiki in 1988. It is made entirely out of pine wood and has a special feature: it’s larger in width than is usual for other boats of its type, as it was conceived and constructed as a passenger ship from the start; so the goal was to invest particularly in its stability and comfort. It has two open, spacious decks, specially arranged for the comfort of 60 people, a bar, and 2 WC.

      “Axion Esti” is a traditional wooden boat type called “Trehantiri”, built in Ierisos at Chalkidiki in 1988.       Now a few words about our Captain Yiannis. As the child of a sea captain himself, he learned to love the sea and that was the path he chose for his career. He has served mainly as Captain on bulk carrier type vessels, such as “panamax”, “mini cape”, “cape size”, and “VLOC”.

      “Thassos Daily Cruises” is a local family company. Every year we organize group and private cruises in the area of South Thassos. We are based in Limenaria, Thassos and from there we will guide you to the most beautiful beaches in South Thassos.
